Robert S. Frame
Robert S. Frame serves as LeadLine’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Frame has over 29 years of professional experience, with 25 years in the healthcare sector emphasizing finance, accounting and revenue cycle management. He has served in several executive leadership roles and has consulted across the U.S. for numerous groups of internal medicine physicians, cardiologists, orthopedic surgeons and family practice physicians.
Prior to establishing LeadLine, Mr. Frame was CEO of Cardiovascular Consultants of Nevada, a cardiology practice comprised of 18 physicians with clinical operations throughout Las Vegas. Mr. Frame has also served as:
- Founder and CEO of MedPlan Financial Services, LLC - a company that purchased healthcare accounts receivable and provided extended payment financing for self-pay patients.
- Executive Director/CEO for a multi-specialty group of physicians
- CFO for a 42 physician oncology practice with 18 sites of service
- Interim CFO for a 55 physician multi-specialty clinic converting from a staff model HMO to a fee-for-service practice
John R. Frame, M.D.
Dr. John R. Frame serves as LeadLine’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Frame is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has been in the practice of general surgery at Surgical Associates in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1984. He was President of Surgical Associates from 1997 to 2003 and is responsible for many business practice improvements.
Dr. Frame has previously served as Medical Director of the Saint Francis Breast Center, held the position of Chief of Surgery at Saint Francis, served on the Board of Directors of Saint Francis Hospital and was Chairman of the Board of Care Med Alliance, Inc., an MSO network partnership between Saint Francis Health System and its physician members. Dr. Frame has also assisted patients at Saint Francis through work on the Surgery Patient Care, Operating Room, Surgery Quality Assurance, Institutional Ethics, and Medical Executive Committees.
In addition to his responsibilities with LeadLine and Surgical Associates, Dr. Frame is a member of the Board of Directors of Summit Bank in Tulsa.
